Lemon Chicken Meatballs with Peri Peri Sauce Recipe | Food Celebrations<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For the chicken meatballs<br />Boneless chicken 500g<br />1 chopped onion<br />4 cloves of garlic<br />1/2 chopped green chilli<br />2 tbsp fresh coriander<br />All spice/ garam masala 1/2 tsp<br />Paprika/ red chilli powder 1 tsp<br />Salt to taste<br />Juice of 1 lemon with a little of its zest<br />2 tbsp oil<br /><br />Peri Peri Sauce<br />1 Chopped onion<br />4 -5 red chillies<br />4 - 5 cloves of garlic<br />2 chopped tomatoes<br />Juice of 1 lemon<br />Salt to taste<br />Fresh coriander<br />Vinegar 1 tbsp<br />Oil 1 tsp<br />Sugar 2 tsp<br /><br />Method:<br />The chicken meatballs are prepared by grinding all the ingredients. Then form balls and shallow fry. For the sauce, grill the vegetables. Then add the spices, lemon, vinegar and blend. In a pan take 1 tsp of oil and pour in the blended mixture. Add sugar and the fried chicken meatballs. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. It is now ready to serve.<br />
